Indonesian Consulate robbery suspects, 18 and 16, giggle like children at arraignment.
Two teenagers who allegedly looted the Indonesian Consulate on the Upper East Side didn't let burglary and grand larceny charges stop them from having a good time at their arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court Friday.
David Rivera, 18, and Tyana Nunez, 16, sat with their lawyers giggling before they were arraigned for the brazen early Monday burglary on E. 68th St., parts of which were caught on surveillance video.
The criminal complaint says Rivera told investigators that they'd found a side door to the house open, and they walked in and helped themselves to what they found inside — including a Samsung tablet, Grey Goose vodka, a suitcase and the keys to a Honda Odyssey.
The pair then loaded up their booty into the Odyssey and drove up near their homes in the Bronx, where they were later arrested.

Cops found the van parked where Nunez told them they'd left it, and Rivera's mom returned the suitcase and six bottles of Grey Goose to police, court papers say.
The tablet appears to be a goner — the pair said they sold it for $40.
Rivera was ordered held on $50,000 bail, and Nunez on $10,000.
"They're very young," Rivera's lawyer, Gordon Ludwig, told the Daily News. "We're going to try to get them help."
