Another unique menu in Coca, stir fried fish maw with egg and bean sprout. The fish maw was super soft, the texture of fish maw reminded me with the texture of shitake mushroom. It was a comfort dish with nice wok-fry aroma.

AnakJajan personally love this platter because we can taste a bit of everything, the homemade meatballs were simply delicious with juicy and bouncy texture.
AnakJajan must admit that suki or steamboat in Coca Restaurant is definitely one of THE BEST in town!! The tomyum soup was AMAZING, very aromatic, rich, bold, spicy and tangy altogether with a very well-balanced seasoning, it is seriously one of the best tomyum AnakJajan've ever had in Jakarta! No wonder that Coca won award in Asia for their tomyum soup.
